How preorders work
Preorders are for books we have not yet received or inspected. Release dates, cover artwork and availability may change. We cannot confirm a copy’s condition until it arrives and is checked in. We may cancel a preorder if the publisher or distributor does not supply the book, or if the copy received is damaged or does not pass our inspection. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that item, including applicable tax; a fully cancelled order also receives a refund of its shipping charge. We will not substitute a different edition without your agreement. Payment is collected at checkout. Combined orders ship when all books are ready. If we cannot meet the stated shipment timing, we will contact you with an updated estimate and cancellation/refund options; where your consent is required, we will obtain it or cancel and promptly refund the unfulfilled portion.

How do you pack raw comics?
Every raw comic is bagged and boarded. Up to 10 standard comics ship in Gemini mailers wrapped in poly bags with fragile stickers. Above 10, we professionally pack your books in ECT32 boxes with protective wrapping. Oversized books and CGC slabs receive suitable protective packaging.
Is shipping free for slabs?
Yes. Any US order containing a CGC slab ships free, including raw comics in the same order. Raw-only orders have $6.99 combined shipping. Slabs are protected in rigid boxes.
When do you ship?
Paid orders with all books ready dispatch next business day via USPS, Monday–Friday excluding USPS holidays. Preorders ship once the entire order arrives and passes inspection. Dispatch is separate from carrier delivery time.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact us with your order reference for damaged, incorrect, missing or unfulfilled items. No change-of-mind returns on correctly supplied books; your mandatory rights remain protected. Read the returns policy.
